Maureen Denise McCormick was born on August 5 1956 in Woodland Hills California the youngest and sole daughter of Richard and Irene McCormick. She was the home of her mother as a mother. Michael Dennis, Kevin and Dennis are her three older brothers. McCormick started dancing and singing from a young age, and frequently performed plays with puppets for the children from her neighborhood. Her rise to fame as a fairytale began when she was crowned her first Baby Miss San Fernando Valley contest in the age group of six, which prompted an inquiry from talent agent Pat Domigan of the Jack Wormser Agency who asked if she would like to enter the show industry. Her first major role came in 1964 which was when she appeared in a television commercial featuring Mattels new Baby Pattaburp doll.
